Joseph A. Cari Jr. is Chair of the World Policy Institute, as well as Chairman and CEO of Integration Capital & Trade Global, an international merchant co-development bank. Cari has lectured on foreign policy and U.S. presidential politics at the Lebanese American University in Beirut, Villanova University in Philadelphia, and Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where he also serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Institute for Leadership Studies.
